CHECK TO SEE IF YOUR CLAIM FORM HAS BEEN CHALLENGED BY SRVP

Please review the list below. If the last four digits of the telephone number you provided on your claim form appear in the list below, then Salem RV Park has either challenged your Claim Form as invalid, or believes that you must supply additional facts or documents before your claim can be accepted as valid.  NOTE that we have also added initials of the tenant and the person who filed the claim form to the list of phone numbers to allow you to double check any matches.

Please also review any correspondence you may have received from us on this matter.

If you received correspondence from us dated after October, 2017 discussing problems with your claim form, or if the last four digits of your phone number appear below, then contact us immediately to discuss your claim and Claim Form.

Regardless of whether you contact us or not, you will have an opportunity to appear before the judge on this case on November 20, 2017, 9 am, at Marion County Courthouse, 100 High Street SE, Salem, Oregon to present the reasons you believe your Claim Form is valid and should be accepted. 

You can appear either in person, or request to be heard by telephone.  If you want to appear by telephone, you MUST contact us at least 3 days before the November 20, 2017 hearing. We will need to make the necessary arrangements with the court.

If your Claim Form has been challenged by SRVP, failure to either contact us on or before November 20, or failure to appear at the November 20 hearing in person or by telephone will likely result in your claim being denied.  If your claim is denied, you will not be receive any money from this lawsuit and you will have no right to seek a recovery from SRVP and the parties to this lawsuit.
